About Studio Two
If you are looking to hire a photographic studio in London, Sage Studio Two is a great choice. We have set it up as a lifestyle space with everything moveable to fit your needs. Based in North London, just a 10-minute walk away from Turnpike Lane, this space is light and airy with large windows and a Juliet balcony (with options to block it all out). The space has extremely high ceilings with rustic metal beams and industrial lighting.
A true lifestyle space that comes with all props so you can make it your own. The space is perfect for those medium to small productions, including content creation, podcasts, filming and wellbeing sessions.
Within the space you can also set it up for e-commerce shoots, with a full range of coloramas and photographic equipment. There is even a small change room and make-up station as well as your own kitchen for those much needed coffee breaks.

Cancellation Policy
Hirers are entitled to a full refund when cancelling 7-days prior to the booking date. A 50% refund from up to 48-hours before the booking date or can reschedule without loss of fee. Any short-notice cancellations, meaning they are made within 48-hours of the booking’s start time, are non-refundable.

Is there natural light in the studios?Studio two is the only studio with windows, depending on the time of day and year you can get some great shots.

Are the studios soundproof?No, unfortunately not. We do try to maintain a quiet environment, but we do have neighbours that we have no control over.

How accessible are your studios?Our main studio and reception are located on the ground floor. There is a small step to get into the main space. Studio two has access via a set of stairs.

Is there parking available at the studios?Yes, we have two parking spaces available to our hires, there are other spaces available but on a first come first serve basis.
